Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina - Baguio Branch

Diners are 3 half mexicans and 1 Filipino. The Mexicans has more to say about the food, of course. They said the burritos were excellent. The cheese quesadilla has just too much cheese and it's artificial cheese at that. The triple meat taco was so-so. The sauces were tasty and unlimited. The servers were also attentive. I forgot to take proper photos before we finished our meal.

Good atmosphere. Big serving. Good service. Will come back to try other dishes.

The place located along marcos has a good ambience and location overlooking the place. The place is covered with natural lighting. The price is quite pricey for some but it can be good since the food has a big serving. Burrito can be eaten by two people actually. Nachos are delicious and their beef are chuncky. Recommended for those who like army navy like of food.

Located within a hotel which also boasts of the view from macarthur going in to the city. The service was up to par, given that there's just to servers. The attention was prompt and was acommodating. Most of the dishes fared 5stars except for an error in handling lambchops. When i commented about the dish, they immediately wanted to replace it. However, i already bought an additional soft tacos and didnt want to waste excess food, and so I declined. They instead gave me a discount, insisting that they caused me inconvenience. So there. They got very honest and passionate employees :)

It was raining when we visited silantro. The staff was hospitable enough to share an umbrella so we won’t get wet when we entered the restaurant. It was not crowded so there were enough table to accompany us. We ordered the appetizer, caliente wings, it was like the buffalo wings. And it wasn’t spicy enough, just alright for my tolerance for spicy food. Another order we got was the beef quesadilla and chicken nachos. Both were average. Good but not that special.

Probably the best Silantro Restaurant in the country. I can’t say anything negative about this Silantro branch. Everything I hated in the UP Town Center branch, I loved about this branch. The service The waiters were very attentive and polite. Very good. The price Very reasonable for the taste and the volume of servings. The food Freshly cooked, well seasoned, tasty and hearty. If you want a Mexican food with a little bit of Filipino twist, then Silantro is for you, just make sure it’s Silantro Baguio. Overall, a great dining experience.

Food is great and they have unlimited refill of 3 sauces. Big portions perfect for sharing but they serve each order one at a time. The beef toppings on their nachos are not consistent, it tastes better and chunkier the first time i tried it 4 months ago. Adding more waiters will surely fasten up their service. Parking is limited tho & chairs are monoblock

Excellent food and Service as always, forgot to take pictures of the other food we ordered but the Pork Chop and Beef Nachos were Superb.
